Welcome to PHA's Formal Sorority Recruitment for 2024!

Formal recruitment will start on Thursday February 15th at 6pm in the Skylight Lounge (3rd floor of the Commons) with our Recruitment Orientation and Sorority Open House. The recruitment experience for 2024 will be an in person event and attendance in person is expected.  We will follow all campus guidance regarding COVID protocol and risk mitigation throughout the process. Masks will be optional and hand sanitizing stations will be provided in each room.  We recognize that given the ever changing nature of COVID that we may need to adjust our in person plans.  We will provide ample notice to the contact information you provided if our plans need to change.

The Recruitment Orientation and Open House will take place Thursday February 15 at 6pm in the Skylight Lounge in the Commons.  There is no attire expectation for this event so please come as you are from classes.  We will spend the time reviewing all expectations and details for the entire recruitment experience and pair you with your Recruitment Guide known as a Rho Gamma who will be your main point of contact throughout the weekend. The Rho Gamma's role is to help support your experience and to be a resource for all of your recruitment needs. At 7:30, Open House will begin and you will have the opportunity to talk to each chapter and learn more about Greek Life on an informal level. You can talk to as many or as little chapters as you would like. This is an informal day so after
orientation is completed, you do not need to stay until 9pm. 


Whether you will be in person with us or have a scheduling conflict, staying in communication with your Rho Gamma is extremely important.  We will have deadlines for selections each day and if you are unable to submit your selections by that deadline you may be dropped from the process.  We do not want this to happen so please stay in communication with your Rho Gamma so that your selections can occur well in advance of those deadlines.

Recruitment events will be held at the following times. It is possible that you may not have events to attend for the entire time listed but please plan to be available. If you have a scheduling conflict, please let PHA VP of Recruitment Sophie Nielson know via email two days before the first round begins. You will receive information about the times of specific events through your Rho Gamma each day.

Thursday, February 15th, 6 pm-9 pm

Friday, February 16h, 6:30 pm-10:30 pm

Saturday, February 17th, 12:30 pm-4:00 pm

Sunday, February 18th, 12:30 pm-3:30 pm

Monday, February 19th, Bid Day Activities in the evening, (more information will be provided at Orientation)
