Welcome to PHA's Partially Structured Sorority Recruitment for 2026!

Recruitment will start on Monday February 16th at 6:00pm with our Recruitment Orientation and Sorority Tabling in Commons Skylight and Commons Main Street, respectively. The recruitment experience for 2026 will be an in person event and attendance in person is expected. PNMs are required to attend one event per chapter outside of Orientation, Post-Orientation, and Preference, in order to be eligible to receive a bid and be invited to preference. Attendance is counted as at least 30 minutes at an event. We will provide ample notice to the contact information you provided if our plans need to change due to weather or otherwise. 

The Recruitment Orientation and Tabling will take place Monday February 16th at 6:00pm in Commons Skylight and Commons Main Street, respectively. You should report to Commons Skylight first, and you will be directed to Commons Main Street to visit each sorority's table around 7:30pm. There is no attire expectation for this event so please come as you are from classes.  We will spend the time reviewing all expectations and details for the entire recruitment experience and pair you with your Recruitment Guide known as a Rho Gamma who will be your main point of contact throughout the weekend. The Rho Gamma's role is to help support your experience and to be a resource for all of your recruitment needs. At 7:30, Tabling will begin and you will have the opportunity to talk to each chapter and learn more about Greek Life on an informal level. You can talk to as many or as little chapters as you would like. This is an informal day so after
orientation is completed, you do not need to stay until 9pm. 

Post-Orientation will occur on Thursday, February 19th where you will have the opportunity to submit chapter preferences and hear about important MRABA information from our Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life. 


Whether you will be in person with us or have a scheduling conflict, staying in communication with your Rho Gamma is extremely important.  We will have deadlines for selections each day and if you are unable to submit your selections by that deadline you may be dropped from the process.  We do not want this to happen so please stay in communication with your Rho Gamma so that your selections can occur well in advance of those deadlines. Recruitment events will be held at the following times. It is possible that you may not have events to attend for the entire time listed but please plan to be available. If you have a scheduling conflict, please let PHA VP of Recruitment Kelsey Bell know via email two days before the first round begins. You will receive information about the times of specific events through your Rho Gamma each day.

Monday, February 16th, 6:00pm-9:00pm (Orientation and Tabling)

Tuesday, February 17th, 7:00pm-9:00pm (Open House Day 1)

Wednesday, February 18th, 7:00pm-9:00pm (Open House Day 2)
Thursday, February 19th 12:00-3:30PM (must attend a 30-min session within this time frame) 

Friday, February 20th, 6:00pm-10:00pm (Preference, by invitation only)

Saturday, February 21st, 1:00pm-4:00pm (Bid Day, by invitation only)
